Trainer- Learning & Development

Fresher | Full-time | Bengaluru | Immediate joiners preferred The Role

Start your career in Learning & Development. You will help build and deliver training that makes people better at their jobs- across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics. You will learn from senior trainers, and you will be in front of a room early.

WhatYouWill Do

- Facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended sessions
- Build the content- decks, activities, role plays, assessments
- Work with HR,Sales, Operations and Academic teams to pick up training needs
- Run the training calendar- scheduling, attendance, records, reports
- Collect feedback and help measure whether the training changed anything

- Graduatefroma Top50NIRF-rankedinstitution, any discipline- MUST
- Solid spokenand written communication; confident addressing a group
- Realinterest in teaching, coaching and working with people
- Abletoworkextendedhours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it

Compensation
