Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Frontend Lead Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. You will lead a team of frontend developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality code delivery for scalable web applications.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development

- At least 3 years of hands-on development using React.js and Next.js

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5–10 developers

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and code scalability

- Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills

Primary Skills

- React.js, Next.js

- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

- Redux / Context API for state management

- RESTful APIs and JSON

- HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS

- Git/GitHub version control

- CI/CD basics for frontend





- Code review and quality assurance practices

Secondary Skills

- Familiarity with SSR and SSG in Next.js

- Testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library

- Basic Node.js for backend integration

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries

- Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers

- Plan and execute frontend architecture for scalable projects

- Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices

- Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams

- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality

- Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certifications in frontend technologies (if any)
