About the Role A Day in the Life
Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility.
As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Required Qualifications and Skill
- BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of QA/Testing experience, including 5 years in Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
- Experience leading QA teams and enterprise Salesforce testing engagements.
- Strong Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Positive understanding of Salesforce test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience with Test Planning, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Clinical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments.
- Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Salesforce QA team.
- Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end testing, including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Functional, and Smoke Testing.
- Review test scenarios, test cases, execution results, and defect management.
- Ensure quality, risk management, and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide testing status, quality metrics,
and project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QA processes and regulatory requirements.
Work Schedule
Candidates should be flexible to work in either of the following shifts based on project requirements:
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST , or
- 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
