Responsibilities:

Own the UI/UX design vision and strategy across Loco's mobile and web experiences.
Lead and mentor the design team, setting a high bar for design quality, UX thinking, and execution.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership from the early discovery stage through final implementation.
Translate complex product requirements into easy, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Drive end-to-end design across user research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
Build and maintain a scalable design system, component library, and design guidelines across the product.
