About the Role
WeframeTech is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.

This is an execution-focused role, primarily responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing budgets, testing strategies, and improving lead quality.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, primarily focused on lead generation.

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to generate high-quality leads.

Manage campaign budgets, audiences, keywords, bidding, ad copies, creatives, and targeting.

Monitor key metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.





Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead volume, quality, and cost efficiency.

Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.

Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.

Work with the creative/content team to develop performance-driven ad creatives and messaging.

Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

Coordinate with the sales/business development team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.

Stay updated with changes and best practices across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Must-Have Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Strong practical experience running Facebook/Instagram Ads.

Strong practical experience running Google Ads.

Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
