Job Summary

El Sol Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, generating quality leads, managing campaigns, and supporting the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and annual/monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Manage and improve the company's presence across social media, digital platforms and other marketing

Plan promotional activities, events, exhibitions, campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to develop lead-generation strategies and improve lead conversion.

Monitor marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness, ROI and lead quality.





Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities, customer trends and market developments.

Develop brochures, presentations, promotional content, advertisements and campaign creatives in coordination with concerned teams/agencies.

Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors and marketing partners.

Ensure consistency of company branding across all marketing communications.

Identify opportunities to strengthen El Sol's brand presence in existing and new markets.

Prepare regular marketing performance reports for manageme

Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the marketing team.

Work closely with management and other departments to support expansion and business objectives.

Develop and manage marketing tools to support campaigns, lead generation, branding and sales activities
