Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with industrial customers to understand their technical requirements, recommend suitable sealing and PTFE solutions, and support them through the evaluation and purchasing process. The Technical Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver technical presentations,



assist with product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure feasible and accurate solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and developing new business, managing existing accounts, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining detailed records in the sales CRM. The role also includes participation in industry events, gathering market intelligence, and contributing feedback to product development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude in mechanical/industrial engineering or related fields, with the ability to understand gaskets, jointings, PTFE products, and industrial applications.
Experience in technical or industrial sales, including customer needs analysis, solution selling, and handling technical queries from engineering and procurement teams.
