We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic about marketing, communication, education, and business growth. This is a hands-on prospect to work on real initiatives and gain practical experience in marketing, business development, student outreach, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on students, educational institutions, training programs, and competitors.
Identify potential students, institutions, organizations, and business partners.
Support student acquisition and lead-generation activities.
Assist with outreach through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and coordinate social media and promotional content.
Build and maintain databases of prospective students, institutions, and partners.
Reach out to colleges, universities, student communities, clubs,



and other relevant organizations for potential collaborations.
Assist in developing partnership and business development opportunities.
Track leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance.
Research new markets and identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute ideas to improve Onsite Academy's marketing, student engagement, and business development strategies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good research and analytical abilities.
Comfortable communicating with students, institutions, and potential partners.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
