Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the property lifecycle.



Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, recommending suitable residential and commercial properties, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations between parties. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, timely updates, and issue resolution, as well as maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. The Senior Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities, nurture referrals, and contribute to local market insights, while meeting performance targets and upholding Home Mantra’s standards of transparency and professionalism.
