Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance of precision glassware and process systems, including rotary evaporators, reactors, distillation units, filters, and heat exchangers. The Service Engineer will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.



Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, calibrating and testing equipment, preparing service reports, and coordinating with the engineering and sales teams to address technical queries. The role also requires providing user training, supporting after-sales service, and maintaining documentation in line with company standards.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of mechanical and chemical process equipment, including rotary evaporators, reactors, distillation units, filters, and heat exchangers.
Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory or industrial equipment.
Basic knowledge of instrumentation, piping, and safety standards relevant to chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and process diagrams.
