Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for elevator and escalator projects. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting contract finalization. The individual will manage key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include market research, competitor analysis, reporting on sales activities, and contributing ideas to improve business growth strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
Business acumen and Account Management capabilities to maintain relationships and expand key accounts.
Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
Prior experience in B2B sales, industrial products, construction, or infrastructure sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, conduct client visits, and travel within the region as needed.
