About the Role
We are looking for experienced and dynamic General Managers – Renewable Energy Business to lead and develop our Renewable Energy business across North India and South India.
This is a senior business development and market-building role for an industry professional who can develop strategic relationships, identify upcoming projects, create new business opportunities and establish our products with key Solar EPCs, Renewable Energy Developers, IPPs, Consultants and System Integrators.
The selected candidate will have significant independence in developing the assigned region and will work closely with the senior management team to expand the company's Renewable Energy business.

SMB – String Monitoring Boxes
DCDB – DC Distribution Boxes
LT Panels / AC Distribution Panels
Lightning Protection & Lightning Solutions
Other Electrical & Power Distribution Solutions for Renewable Energy
Key Responsibilities
Lead Renewable Energy business development across the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional market-development strategies.
Identify upcoming Solar PV, large-scale solar, rooftop solar and hybrid solar power projects.
Build strong relationships with Solar EPCs, Renewable Energy Developers, IPPs, Consultants and System Integrators.
Develop relationships at CXO, promoter and senior-management levels with strategic customers.
Engage with developers, consultants and EPCs at an early stage to achieve technical approvals and product specifications.
