Role Description The Business Development and Social Media Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate orders, and local marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand presence. The Executive will manage social media channels, create and schedule content, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and monitor engagement and campaign performance.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating promotions with the store team, collecting and analyzing customer insights, preparing basic reports on marketing and sales activities, and supporting local events or campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with management to align business development and social media strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, including lead generation, relationship building, and basic sales negotiation.
Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and creating engaging digital content.
Ability to analyze basic marketing and sales data, track campaign performance, and prepare clear summaries or reports.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
