Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the Baby Clothing category.
* Manage product launches, GTM plans, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Work closely with Product, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing teams.
* Manage the product portfolio, assortment, seasonal collections, and SKU performance.
* Develop product USPs, value propositions, messaging, and marketing briefs.
* Drive product growth across D2C, E-commerce, marketplaces, and modern retail channels.
* Analyze sales, customer feedback, category trends, and product performance to improve results.
* Monitor baby fashion, kidswear, consumer preferences, and market trends.
* Collaborate with creative and digital teams for campaigns, product content, website, and social media communication.
* Identify underperforming products and recommend pricing, positioning, assortment, or promotional improvements.




* Prepare category performance reports and actionable growth recommendations for management.

Key Requirements
* 5–6 years of Product Marketing experience.
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in Baby Clothing, Kidswear, Children's Apparel, or Infant Products.
* Strong experience in Product Marketing, Product Positioning, GTM, Product Launches, and Category Management.
* Experience in launching and managing apparel/product portfolios.
* Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and category growth.
* Good knowledge of D2C, E-commerce, marketplaces, and up-to-date retail.
* Marketplace exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Myntra, etc. will be preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing teams.
