Digital Sales & Growth Manager – B2B Software / HealthTech

EasyHealths is looking for someone who can turn digital marketing into actual sales.
This is not a social media or branding role.

We are looking for a revenue-focused qualified who can use digital channels to identify, engage and convert Doctors, Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals and other healthcare businesses into paying EasyHealths customers.

What You Will Own
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Email, WhatsApp and other digital channels
• Build and manage digital sales funnels from Lead → Demo → Follow-up → Conversion
• Conduct online product presentations and demos with healthcare business owners and decision-makers
• Run and optimise performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition
• Develop remarketing, email and WhatsApp follow-up strategies
• Work with our field sales team wherever physical meetings can improve conversion




• Use CRM and analytics to track the complete sales pipeline
• Take responsibility for monthly digital customer acquisition and revenue targets.

We Are Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B Digital Sales, SaaS Sales, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Performance Marketing
• Demonstrable experience generating and converting B2B leads digitally
• Hands-on understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns and digital funnels
• Strong online presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience with CRM and lead-management systems
• Comfortable working with revenue and conversion targets.
Experience in Software, HealthTech, IT Solutions or B2B technology sales will be strongly preferred.
