Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Anand plant. The role requires strong execution capabilities across HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance, with a solid understanding of manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
Maintain HRIS, employee records, and documentation
Drive smooth onboarding and induction programs
Process improvement initiatives
2. L&D; and Employee Engagement
Drive L&D; Initiatives for Anand Operations
Drive employee engagement initiatives and plant-level activities
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
3. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles
Track KPIs and assist managers in goal-setting processes
Support Talent Development Initiatives

HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR reports (attrition, headcount, absenteeism, etc.)
Provide actionable insights to plant leadership

Key Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing / plant setup
Hands-on experience with HR operations
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance operational and strategic HR work
