Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Drive hiring across corporate, business, operations, and specialized roles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates for role and culture fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, offer negotiations, and closure.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Contribute to improving our hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
