About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Scouting Associate to join our Influencer Marketing team. The role will be responsible for identifying, researching, evaluating, and shortlisting relevant influencers and creators for brand campaigns across categories and platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, be highly active on social media, have a good eye for content and creator quality, and be comfortable working with large volumes of creator data while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Scouting & Research
Identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
Scout creators based on campaign requirements such as category, audience profile, geography, language, content style, follower size, engagement, and budget.
Research and build creator databases for different categories, niches, and target audiences.




Continuously discover emerging and micro-influencers who can deliver strong engagement and authentic brand integrations.
Track current and trending creators, content formats, and creator trends across social platforms.

Creator Evaluation
Analyse influencer profiles, content quality, audience demographics, engagement rates, reach, and overall brand suitability.
Assess creators for authenticity, content relevance, audience quality, and potential brand fit.
Identify potential red flags such as fake engagement, suspicious follower growth, inappropriate content, or audience mismatch.
Maintain accurate and updated creator information in internal systems and databases.

Campaign Support
Understand campaign briefs and translate brand requirements into relevant creator profiles.
Prepare and share creator shortlists based on campaign objectives.
Coordinate with Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, Media Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of creator recommendations.
