Job Description

We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist who has actually run Meta Ads for D2C ecommerce brands inside a performance agency. You will own the full Meta Ads pipeline for 3 to 5 ecom clients: account structure, creative testing roadmap, brief writing, daily optimization, weekly reporting, scaling decisions. You will work hand-in-glove with our Creative Strategy team, the Founder, and the Creative Pod (designers, editors, UGC creators).

You will not be a button-pusher.



You will not be left alone either. You will operate inside a system: weekly creative reviews, structured testing pods, a hook bank, a winner ad library, and a explicit scaling playbook. You bring the brain. We bring the system.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Account Ownership
Own upto 10 ecom accounts end-to-end: campaign structure, budget pacing, daily optimization, weekly reporting.
Make scale, kill and revive decisions on adsets and ads based on ROAS, CPA, frequency, hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop ratio.
Manage monthly budgets in the ₹3L to ₹50L range across accounts.
Diagnose performance dips: separate creative fatigue from auction noise from tracking issues from landing page rot.

Creative Strategy Partnership
Write creative briefs for designers, editors and UGC creators. Specify hook, body, CTA, format, persona, awareness stage.
Run the weekly creative review: which ads are winners,
