About the Role

We are looking for a highly resourceful *AI & Digital Operations Specialist* who can work across web development, digital marketing, AI-assisted workflows, content, research, automation, quality assurance, and day-to-day digital operations.

This is *not a traditional frontend developer role* and it is not a position where every task will come with detailed step-by-step instructions.

We are looking for someone who can be given an *objective*, understand the larger business requirement, research what they do not know, use the right tools, identify potential problems, and take a task from idea to a high-quality final result.

A typical week may involve improving a website, reviewing an email campaign, researching an unfamiliar industry, using AI to accelerate development, troubleshooting a client issue, reviewing analytics, improving content, creating or modifying landing pages, testing a recent tool, or identifying an issue nobody explicitly asked you to look for.





The ability to *think independently* is more important to us than knowing every tool already.

What You Will Work On

Your responsibilities may include:

* Building, updating, testing, and maintaining websites and landing pages.
* Working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks where required.
* Working with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
* Using AI tools to accelerate development, research, content creation, analysis, debugging, and repetitive workflows.
* Reviewing AI-generated work instead of blindly accepting the first result.
* Researching unfamiliar industries, products, competitors, customers, and technologies before executing work.
* Supporting SEO, website optimization, content improvements, and conversion-focused changes.
* Reviewing Google Analytics, Search Console, website behaviour, or other available data when required.
