About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Rajkot branch. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch business, managing client relationships, developing new opportunities, and leading the branch team. A good understanding of General Insurance products and processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Drive overall business growth and revenue for the Rajkot branch.
Develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and retail customers.
Generate business through direct sales, referrals, intermediaries, and local market relationships.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.
Identify recent business opportunities across General Insurance and other financial services.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, claims, and servicing.




Ensure timely follow-up on renewals and business pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, SMEs, agents, advisors, and other business partners.
Monitor branch targets, business performance, collections, and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable insurance regulations.
Represent the company at client meetings, business events, and local market activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA with relevant experience in Insurance, Broking, BFSI, or Financial Services.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in General Insurance.
Good understanding of General Insurance products such as Motor, Health, Property, Marine, Liability, and Commercial Insurance.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
