What We Require?

Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend systems.Drive architecture decisions, microservices adoption, and engineering best practices.Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Platform, and Business teams to deliver reliable solutions.Own production stability, performance optimization, and critical issue resolution.Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams.

What You Should Have?

8+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with strong expertise in Java/J2EE.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.Strong understanding of distributed systems,



scalable architectures, and event-driven applications.Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations.Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
