• Support day-to-day sales operations and activities
• Manage and organize sales and user-related data
• Make calls, communicate with users, and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Assist with user engagement and retention activities
• Prepare and update reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Create basic ??????, ????????, and ????? ?????? for marketing and social media
• Assist in managing and maintaining ??????? ?????? ????? ????????
• Support social media posting, content planning,
and audience engagement

✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Comfortable speaking with customers/users over calls
✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Good organizational and follow-up skills

✔️ Ability to create basic images and videos using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
✔️ Comfortable handling social media accounts and posting content
