Role Description The Co-Founder role at Adfent Creatives is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves shaping overall business strategy, defining the company’s positioning in media, branding, and digital marketing, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include leading client acquisition and relationship management, guiding project delivery, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.



The Co-Founder will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for services and offerings. This role also includes building and mentoring a high-performing team, representing the brand at events and meetings, and contributing to financial planning and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and research capabilities to understand markets, audiences, and performance metrics.
