We also host the National Ultrasound Training Programme, supporting the development of future healthcare professionals.

Due to continued service expansion, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Radiology Admin Coordinator to join our busy and supportive team.

About The Role

This is a pivotal role within Radiology, providing comprehensive administrative,



clerical and secretarial support to the Radiology Management Team, Consultant Radiologists and wider multidisciplinary team. You will act as a key point of contact for staff, patients and external organisations, helping to ensure effective communication, coordination and operational delivery across the department.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings.
Preparing agendas and producing accurate meeting minutes.
Coordinating consultant and departmental rotas, including annual leave and on-call arrangements.
Supporting payroll administration and workforce processes.
Maintaining departmental systems, records and filing structures.
Providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders and clinicians.
Working with a range of specialist NHS and Radiology information systems.
