About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner / Account Director with a strong background in consulting, recruitment & staffing, HR services, IT services, SaaS, or other B2B organizations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing MNC and enterprise clients, strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and a proven ability to convert client relationships into new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Own and develop relationships with key enterprise clients.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
Leverage existing client relationships and industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
Identify opportunities within existing accounts as well as acquire recent strategic accounts.
Lead senior-level client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Understand client requirements and present relevant company solutions.




Manage the complete relationship from initial introduction through business closure and ongoing engagement.
Build long-term strategic partnerships and drive repeat business and account growth.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, conferences, and networking forums.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate
15–20 years of experience in Client Partnerships, Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Consulting, or Strategic Accounts.
Previous experience working with MNCs, large enterprises, or major corporate accounts.
Experience in a client-facing role within a consulting, recruitment/staffing, HR services, IT services, SaaS, or B2B organization.
Strong existing network among senior corporate decision-makers.
Proven ability to generate business through relationships, referrals, account expansion, and strategic networking.
