Job Title: Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform (FastTrack Solution Architect)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft FastTrack Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving architecture, governance, and successful delivery aligned with Microsoft FastTrack best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Drive FastTrack engagement with Microsoft and ensure adherence to recommended architecture and deployment standards





- Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and data architecture

- Oversee implementation of modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service

- Design and govern Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

- Ensure best practices in security, compliance, performance, and scalability

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and consulting teams

- Review code, solution design, and ensure quality delivery across projects

- Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions

- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical escalation
