Job Summary The Aure Admin and Data Governance Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the organization's access Management and data governance framework.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

Azure Admin:

- Define RBAC, create user groups and provide access to users in tools like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, Keyvault, DBT etc.
- Support integration of governance policies into data management and analytics systems (e.g., Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, Keyvault, DBT etc.)

Valuable to Have:

- Define governance operating model for Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and PowerBI (roles, RACI, approval workflows).
- Implement row‑level and column‑level security, dynamic views, masking policies.
- Configure and monitor Audit logs & access logs and Policy violations & exceptions

Minimum Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as Azure Admin
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Understanding of regulatory requirements around data privacy, protection, and security.
