Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Lead Generator to identify potential clients, generate qualified business leads, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with online research, cold outreach, CRM management, and maintaining professional communication with prospects.

This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, learning opportunities, and performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospects.
- Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and project potential.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the core business team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until conversion.




- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications:

Experience

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust online research and prospecting abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software or spreadsheet-based lead tracking.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and target-oriented approach.

Compensation:

First 3 Months

- Commission-Based Compensation
- Earnings will be based on the revenue generated from successfully converted leads.
- Commission percentage will be determined according to the candidate's experience and performance.
