Lead Generation & Customer Engagement ExecutiveTelecalling | WhatsApp | Social Media | Sales Conversion

? Jewellery Industry Experience is MANDATORY.

What you’ll be doing:

- Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp & social media
- Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to NESIY
- Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery
- Follow up with interested and warm leads
- Share product details, catalogues and offers with customers
- Build genuine relationships and keep customers engaged
- Handle customer objections and help convert enquiries into orders
- Reconnect with old/inactive leads and explore recent sales opportunities
- Maintain an organised database of leads and follow-up status
- Track leads from first conversation to final conversion
- Share regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions

What we’re looking for:





- 1+ year of experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
- Good understanding of jewellery products, customer preferences and buying behaviour
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Good understanding of WhatsApp and social media customer handling
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales
- Proactive, organised and result-driven
