With over a decade of hands-on experience, you will be a cornerstone of our development process, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences. You aren't just a coder; you are a problem-solver who can architect scalable systems and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software applications from the database to the UI.

Backend Excellence: Architect and implement server-side logic using Java, Python, or .NET (depending on your core expertise),



ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Frontend Mastery: Create seamless, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms.

System Architecture: Make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and drive best practices in Agile environments.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reality.
