- Single handedly managing the finances of Shirwal plant operations.
- Periodic review of financial position with the Plant Head and HODs and draw out measures for cost effectiveness.
- Preparing of monthly MIS report for Management and ad-hoc reports.
- Driving the Cost Reduction / Cost optimization / finance awareness sessions at Plant.
- Co-ordinating budget preparation across plant and assisting central team with analysis
- Managing statutory / internal compliance audits.
- Assisting central finance team, at organisation level, in various financial reporting and analysis
- Set up accounting processes and SOP in full compliance with group policies.
- Support operations, sales and other stakeholders for smooth functioning.
