Purpose/Objective

Analyst - ESG supports the organization's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of ESG initiatives.

This role is focused on gathering and interpreting ESG information, supporting compliance efforts, and aiding in the communication of the organization's sustainability efforts to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of Role

ESG Research and Data Analysis: Perform research and analyze data related to the organization's ESG activities, providing insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

ESG Program Support: Support the implementation of ESG programs, tracking progress and assisting with the coordination of activities across different sites.

Project Proposal Review: Assist in reviewing proposals for ESG-related projects, ensuring they are viable and align with the organization's sustainability objectives.

Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure that ESG practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, and assist with the documentation and reporting processes.

Performance Tracking: Track and report on ESG performance metrics, assisting with the evaluation of the organization's sustainability impact.

Documentation and Reporting:



Contribute to the creation of ESG content for reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and reflective of the organization's efforts.

Risk Analysis Support: Support the identification of ESG risks by participating in stakeholder engagement and analysis, and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of qualified experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or related areas.
