Client Account Management | Real Estate Transactions | Litigation & Regulatory Practice:

"Anand Chambers" is looking to associate with a dynamic, commercially minded Legal Professional / Advocate/ Associate who can work at the intersection of clients, real estate transactions, regulatory authorities and litigation forums.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term professional practice, take ownership of client relationships and grow with a multi-disciplinary legal practice.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?Client Account Management

Manage and develop client relationships from initial consultation through resolution.

Understand client requirements, coordinate documentation and ensure timely legal execution.

Handle high-value and sensitive client matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Develop long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, corporate and individual clients.

? Real Estate & Property Transactions

Sale, purchase, transfer, resale and documentation of immovable properties.

Due diligence, title/document verification and transaction structuring.

Coordination with Sub-Registrar Offices, MIDC and other statutory authorities.

Practical understanding of property-related regulatory and procedural requirements.

Working knowledge of NRI/HNI property transactions, including coordination, documentation and transaction execution.

⚖️ Litigation & Forums

Exposure / ability to appear, assist or coordinate matters before:

RERA Authorities / RERA Appellate Forum

Consumer Commission / Consumer Court

NCLT / IBC proceedings

Sub-Registrar / Registration Authorities

Charity Commissioner / Charity Tribunal / Courts

Other civil, commercial and regulatory forums as required.

ADDITIONAL PRACTICE EXPOSURE

Candidates who are ready to learn, assist and gradually develop independent handling capability in:

•Matrimonial & family disputes





- Criminal matters
- Civil & commercial disputes
- Negotiation, mediation and settlement strategy will be strongly encouraged.
