Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)⚠️ IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTICE:This position requires immediate daily on-site presence in Chennai. We are strictly considering candidates currently residing in Chennai. Out-of-state applications or candidates requiring relocation support will not be evaluated.Key Responsibilities

- Setup, calibrate, and operate high-precision Fiber Laser Cutting equipment to cut sheet metal and materials to exact tolerances.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and technical job sheets accurately.
- Perform material loading/unloading, quality inspection (using calipers, micrometers), and routine preventive machine maintenance.




- Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years operating CNC Fiber Laser cutting machinery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and operating precision measuring tools.
- Preferred: Hands-on knowledge of laser programming/nesting software is a major plus.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, strong spatial awareness, basic mathematical capability, and effective team communication.
