Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labbler Operator based in Samba.

The Labbler

Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring labeling machinery on the bottling line, ensuring that all bottles are accurately labeled according to brand and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include setting up the labeling equipment, adjusting machine parameters, loading labels, and performing routine checks to minimize downtime and reduce wastage. The role involves inspecting products for defects, maintaining cleanliness and safety around the work area,



and reporting any technical or quality issues to supervisors.

The Labbler

Operator collaborates with production and maintenance teams to support smooth line operations and meet daily output targets.

Qualifications

- Experience operating or assisting with production or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform minor adjustments and identify equipment issues.
- Attention to detail for checking label accuracy, product quality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in production or mechanical fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous learning in a production setting.
