Role Description The LabVIEW Programmer will work on-site in Chennai in a contract role, developing, testing, and maintaining LabVIEW-based applications for measurement, control, and automation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing program architectures, building and debugging VI’s, integrating hardware and software components, and documenting code and system behavior. The role involves collaborating with engineering and test teams to understand requirements, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of data acquisition and control solutions.

The LabVIEW Programmer will also assist in troubleshooting system issues, implementing improvements,



and supporting deployment and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including designing, implementing, and maintaining applications.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development exposure or familiarity with server-side logic and data handling, as beneficial for system integration.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW and NI hardware integration (DAQ, PXI, cRIO) is highly preferred.
- Experience in test automation, measurement systems, or industrial control environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and create clear documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
