- Overall responsibility of day to day to day execution works
- Executing the work as per VFC drawings
- Ensuring all kind of works are executed with standard Quality and safety procedures
- Managing all contractors very effectively.
- Ensuring work process as per company set AOP milestones
- Managing the commercial aspects and completed the projects as per set budgets
- Working closely with PMO team and push all stakeholders as per Lodha management requirements
