Mission

IBA is hiring the installation team for Hyderabad’s second Proton Therapy (PT) Center. The PT center will be home to IBA Proteus One, featuring a compact one-room solution powered by a superconducting synchrocyclotron. The installation is expected to start between November 2026 and February 2027. It will be delivered within 12 months by an IBA team of 9 motivated individuals. The Site Manager installation mission is expected to last ~18 months, including pre-assignment training and support for the site's transition to Operations.

Challenges we trust you with

As Site Manager, you are responsible for leading the installation and start-up of the new proton Therapy center in Hyderabad.

Leading a team of approximately 1 logistics & administrative assistant and 7 engineers who are in charge of the installation of the Proton Therapy site
Leading and promoting Health and Safety on site
Coordinating overall activities on site and managing the project priorities
Managing logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.)




Ensuring the customer’s and IBA internal requirements are met in term of compliance, technical performance, timing and budget
Setting up quality processes and maintaining quality control procedures and documentation
Preparing budget reports, documenting global activities and improvement plans
Providing local Accounting
Ensuring solid communication with the external and internal customers
Supervising the team and managing all human resources tasks (time policy, planning, etc.)
Promoting a high-performance culture and motivating the team

What We Value

You have:

A Master’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electro-mechanics, mechanics or biomedical)
A strong people management mindset, proven leadership skills and experience managing a team in an medical or industrial environment
A solid technical experience in Proton Therapy or a specific subsystem with key strengths in practical applications
