Role Description As a Co-Founder with investment at LEAEX, you will take a core leadership role in shaping strategy, operations, and growth. This full time hybrid position is based in Indore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities remotely.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on business strategy, defining the go-to-market approach, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to expand the salon and spa partner network. You will actively engage with potential partners and investors, support financial planning and budgeting, and work with the product team to refine the platform based on market feedback and user research. The role also involves building a strong brand presence, establishing operational processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
