Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned music industry leader to join us. This role is strictly for candidates with deep and proven experience in the music business.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end content vision, catalogue expansion, creative direction, and commercial performance. You will architect the company’s content strategy while ensuring disciplined execution and monetisation.

This role is fully accountable for content-led P&L; performance.

Key Responsibilities1.



Content Strategy & Catalogue Building

Define a long-term content strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
Lead large-scale catalogue expansion with commercial discipline
Identify high-potential artists, genres, and content opportunities
Build scalable frameworks for content acquisition and development
Ensure creative excellence while maintaining cost efficiency
P&L; Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own content-driven revenue targets and profitability metrics
Optimise ROI on content investments
Align content strategy with digital monetisation models
Work closely with marketing, distribution, and finance to drive revenue growth
Continuously refine investment allocation based on performance data
Creative & Commercial Leadership
Lead senior content and marketing leaders with clarity and accountability
Establish solid relationships with artists, producers, and strategic partners
Oversee release
