About the Role

As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be the voice of our product to the market. You'll work alongside Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to deliver compelling product demonstrations, host webinars and customer events, and translate complex technology into clear business value. You will be both client-facing and content-driven — equally comfortable presenting in a boardroom and crafting a sharp use-case story. This role is a launchpad into Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting leadership.

Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Engagement




Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs to prospective clients and partners
Support the sales team during discovery calls, presentations, and RFP responses
Understand customer business requirements and align product capabilities accordingly
Webinars, Events & Enablement
Plan, host, and present at webinars, customer events, and industry forums
Train internal sales and marketing teams on new features, positioning, and competitive talking points
Represent the company at trade shows and partner events (occasional travel — domestic and international)
Content & Collateral
Build and maintain demo environments, sales decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and explainer videos
Develop industry use-case stories, feature briefs, and customer success narratives
Capture customer and prospect feedback; share insights with Product and Marketing leadership
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Desig
