Vipran Group is a growing real estate company specializing in farmhouse plotting projects and premium villas. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our sales team.
? Position: Closing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Handle qualified leads and convert them into bookings and sales.
Conduct customer discussions and understand their investment/property requirements.
Follow up with prospects and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Coordinate site visits and assist customers through the complete sales process.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure a smooth closing experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Work closely with the sales and management team to maximize conversions.
? Candidate Profile:
2+ years of experience in real estate sales/closing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proven ability to close high-value property deals.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Experience with plots, farmhouses, villas, or residential projects will be an advantage.
