Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Kurnool. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's customer base in the Kurnool region.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend appropriate products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services to clients based on their evolving needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay informed and provide informed advice.




Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolios, performance, and future recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, operations, and credit, to deliver seamless client service.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or client-facing role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Results-oriented with a robust track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
