Sqroot is a performance marketing agency working with ambitious D2C and digital-first brands across India.
We are looking for someone who can think like a marketer, write like a storyteller, and speak confidently on camera.
This is not a traditional social media executive role. We want someone who can take a marketing idea, understand the insight behind it, turn it into a compelling story/script, and present it in a way that makes people stop scrolling.

What You'll Do
Create short-form video content around marketing, branding, advertising, consumer behaviour, D2C and business growth
Research interesting marketing campaigns, brands, trends and consumer insights
Convert complex marketing concepts into simple, engaging and relatable scripts
Be the face of Sqroot's content and confidently deliver videos on camera
Develop hooks,



storytelling angles and content formats designed for LinkedIn & Instagram
Build content around real marketing examples — Nike, Apple, Zomato, D2C brands, successful campaigns, etc.
Work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to identify interesting insights from our client work
Help build Sqroot's founder/company personal brand and thought leadership
Track content performance and continuously improve hooks, topics and formats

What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, advertising and consumer psychology
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable speaking naturally and confidently in front of a camera
Strong writing and scripting ability
Curious about why brands grow, why people buy and what makes content work
Ability to turn an observation into an compelling marketing insight
Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form content
Someone who follows brands, creators, campaigns and m
