We are expanding our sales team to support our rapid growth across India and Southeast Asia
(Malaysia & Singapore) and are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to
build a strong qualified sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Research, identify, and build target account lists across India and Southeast Asia.
• Prospect into enterprise accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach
channels.
• Engage with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, L&D; Heads, and HR decision-makers to




create current business opportunities.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Lead Qualification
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges, hiring priorities, and
solution fit.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and buying intent.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within target organizations.
• Ensure only high-quality, sales-qualified opportunities are handed over to the Sales team for
product demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Collaboration with Sales
• Partner closely with Sales Managers and the Sales Lead to develop account strategies and
stakeholder mapping.
• Maintain detailed discovery notes and customer insights in Freshworks CRM.
• Ensure complete CRM hygiene with accurate lead status, activity tracking, and follow-ups.
• Support seamless handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
