Role Description The Host role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Host will greet and welcome guests, ensure they are comfortably seated, and provide clear information about services, menus, or offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations or guest flow, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining a clean and organized reception or dining area. The Host will address guest inquiries and concerns, assist in promoting special events or offers,



and support basic administrative or front-of-house tasks as needed. This role requires a professional demeanor, a customer-centric approach, and consistent coordination with colleagues to deliver smooth and positive guest experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening
Customer Service skills to handle guest requests, feedback, and problem resolution
Training or exposure to front-of-house operations or hospitality practices
Basic Food & Beverage knowledge to explain menus and offerings accurately
Sales skills to promote specials, upsell services, or guide guests to suitable options
Qualified appearance and a welcoming, courteous attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
