General Summary:
The APS Platform Integration team serves as the bridge between low-level and high-level software on Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive platforms. The team owns software tools, automation frameworks, test packaging infrastructure, and platform enablement required for high-volume validation activities and hardware validation
We are seeking a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership in platform integration, test automation, and BSP enablement across Snapdragon Automotive platforms. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in HLOS internals, embedded software development, BSP customization, and hardware/software integration. This role requires the ability to drive complex technical initiatives, influence engineering practices across teams, and deliver scalable solutions for platform validation and bring-up.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work independently with minimal supervision while leading complex technical initiatives.
· Provide technical leadership,



mentorship, and guidance to other engineers.
· Drive technical decisions and influence platform integration, automation, and validation methodologies.
· Analyze and resolve complex system-level issues spanning hardware, firmware, BSP, drivers, and applications.
· Communicate complex technical issues, risks, and solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
· Develop innovative tools, processes, and automation solutions that improve platform quality, scalability, and engineering efficiency.
· Contribute to technical roadmap and planning activities within the Platform Integration organization.
· Collaborate across software, hardware, validation, and customer-facing teams to drive successful program execution.
