Corporate Development and M&A;
This role will lead and drive Indegene’s global inorganic growth agenda. Reporting to Senior Vice President, and Global Head of Corporate Development, the Senior Director will shape and execute the company’s M&A; strategy, oversee end-to-end transaction execution, and ensure successful integration to unlock strategic and financial value.
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role requiring deep strategic thinking, financial rigor, and solid cross-functional leadership.
