About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate – B2B & Performance Marketing with strong leadership qualities and a data-driven mindset to join our growing marketing team. The role offers the chance to take ownership of digital campaigns, optimize performance across channels, and contribute to strategic marketing decisions. You will collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams,



and mentor/guide junior team members as our marketing operations scale.

Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management & Optimization:
· Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
· Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and engagement.
· Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and funnel analysis to enhance lead generation performance.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights:
· Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), social media analytics, and CRM dashboards.
· Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for marketing strategy.
· Forecast campaign performance, trends, and marketing ROI.
Email & Content Marketing:
· Manage email marketing campaigns.
· Track performance of content and social campaigns to improve engagement and lead conversion.
